Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Diversity Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract recruit and retain diverse talent. You will work closely with hiring managers HR partners and leadership to ensure that our recruitment practices are aligned with our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Diversity Recruitment Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive diversity recruitment plans.
- Identify and engage with diverse talent pools through various channels including job boards social media and community organizations.

Partner with Hiring Managers:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their diversity hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment materials that promote inclusivity.

Manage the Recruitment Process:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

Monitor and Report on Diversity Metrics:
- Track and analyze diversity recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving diversity hiring practices.

Stay Informed on Diversity Trends:
- Keep uptodate with industry trends best practices and legislation related to diversity and inclusion.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Foster an Inclusive Culture:
- Promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Support and participate in employee resource groups and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Strong understanding of diversity equity and inclusion principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in diversity and inclusion or related fields.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
