Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campus Recruiting Manager to lead and execute our campus recruitment strategy. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with colleges and universities overseeing campus recruitment events and ensuring a robust pipeline of top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities building strong relationships with academic institutions and creating engaging recruitment programs that attract highcaliber candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy that aligns with the organizations hiring goals and business objectives.
- University Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with career services student organizations and faculty at target universities.
- Recruitment Events: Plan and execute campus recruitment events including career fairs information sessions and oncampus interviews.
- Candidate Engagement: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for campus hires including sourcing interviewing and selection. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Program Development: Create and oversee internship and coop programs campus ambassador initiatives and other talent development programs.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand on campus through targeted marketing social media and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. SHRM PHR) preferred.
- 3 years of experience in campus recruiting talent acquisition or related HR roles.
- Proven track record of managing successful campus recruitment programs and building strong relationships with academic institutions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
