Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract engage and hire top talent while enhancing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards social media networking and industry events.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the endtoend recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- DataDriven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve the hiring process and make datadriven decisions.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the companys employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and showcasing our company culture and values.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our talent acquisition strategies are cuttingedge and effective.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and adhere to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) in talent acquisition with a focus on developing and executing strategic recruitment plans.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices including sourcing interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
