Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on client acquisition closing deals conducting product demos and driving sales growth. As an Account Executive at Outsource Bridge you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and building strong relationships with USbased businesses looking for virtual assistant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound and inbound channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales and amp; Business Development: Build and maintain a sales pipeline through lead generation prospecting and networking with decisionmakers across various industries.
- Product Demos: Present Outsource Bridges services and value proposition to prospective clients through engaging and tailored product demonstrations.
- Closing Deals: Effectively manage and close deals ensuring that all stages of the sales process are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Relationship Management: Foster longterm relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on strategy feedback and client onboarding processes.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales account management or business development preferably within the outsourcing virtual assistant or B2B services space.
- Strong understanding of the US market and the challenges businesses face with scaling and remote staffing.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- A strong network of potential clients and connections in relevant industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Compensation:
This commissionbased role offers up to 50% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated by your closed deals. There is no cap on earnings providing significant income potential based on performance.
