Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Employee Relations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing global employee relations strategies ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment across multiple regions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership handling complex employee relations issues and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement global employee relations strategies that align with the companys objectives and culture.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on employee relations issues and best practices.
  2. Policy and Compliance:

    • Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local regional and international labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct regular reviews of policies and practices to ensure they are uptodate and effective.
  3. Employee Relations Management:

    • Oversee the resolution of complex employee relations issues including disputes grievances and disciplinary actions.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and timely resolutions.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on employee relations conflict resolution and compliance.
    • Foster a culture of open communication and proactive issue resolution.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze employee relations trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on employee relations matters and initiatives.
  6. Global Coordination:

    • Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of employee relations practices across different geographies.
    • Manage relationships with external legal advisors and consultants as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. SHRMSCP PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in employee relations or HR management with at least 3 years in a global role.
  • Strong knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues and leading investigations.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.
