Job Description
Job Title: Power Platform Developer Lead
Location: Washington DC (Local needed from DMV AREA)
Location: Washington DC (Local needed from DMV AREA)
Visa: All candidates must be U.S. Citizens Green Card holders or EAD holders.
Note:
- Candidates with previous government or federal experience are highly preferred but this is not mandatory.
- Local candidates from the DMV (D.C. Maryland Virginia) area are preferred.
Position Overview:
Client is seeking a handson CRM/Power Platform Developer Lead. In this role you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform Power Platform and Azure cloud services.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design customized solutions within Dynamics 365 Power Platform and Azure.
- Integrate external systems with Dynamics 365 ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
- Collaborate with program staff to deliver solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Maintain client relationships by effectively communicating and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop wireframes/mockups based on complex business requirements.
- Install set up and configure Dynamics 365 and its associated applications.
- Provide advisory services for complex business cases extending Dynamics 365 with thirdparty applications and customizations.
Required Qualifications:
- 16 years of experience with requirements collection and software application development.
- 8 years of experience with D365 CRM and Portal Development.
- 16 years of experience within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment.
- 8 years of Azure Development Experience.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Automate PowerApps Canvas Apps).
- 3 years of experience with MS Office/PowerPoint.
- 2 years of experience developing wireframes/mockups (using Figma or similar tools).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data to nontechnical stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Power BI Business Intelligence within a cloudbased environment.
