Job Description:
- 6 to 10 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernisation space.
- The Candidate has experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
- The tech stack used is Java FSD Python Mainframe technologies(COBOL JCL DB2 IMSMQ) and Webservices EXDRIVE SORT etc as mandatory
- The Candidate has experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration OnPrem to OnPrem Cloud Migration to Azure Migration to Microfocus.
- Strong in triaging production issues using all the basic tools in Mainframe.
- Knowing Java/distributed solutions will be super plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
- Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle Business Requirement Specification documentation and experience of working in an Agile environment.
- Experience in PL/1 JCL DB2 and CICS Webservices EXTRIVE SORT
- VSAM mandatory
- Secondary skills required COBOL changeman tool SQL
- Designing Coding Unit Testing Debugging
- Object oriented principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently
