Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Estimator at Courtney Inc. in San Diego CA. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications conducting onsite assessments preparing cost estimates and collaborating with project teams. The role will involve ensuring accuracy and timeliness in estimating project costs.
Qualifications
Knowledge of project estimating cost analysis and budgeting
Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications and blueprints
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
