Job Description
Role: Chatbot Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on AIpowered chatbots.
Proficiency in NLP technologies like Google Dialogflow Rasa IBM Watson
Strong programming skills in Python Node.js or Java for backend development.
Frontend development expertise using frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and serverless architectures.
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs microservices and webhooks.
Experience with chat frameworks.
Familiarity with chatbot analytics and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage chatbot session handoffs and integrate multibot experiences.
Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance (GDPR HIPAA).
Nice to Have:
Experience with multichannel communication bots (voice text chat social media).
Previous work with machine learning models for improving chatbot intelligence.
Understanding of UX design principles and ability to collaborate with designers for seamless chat UI.
