Job Description
Position: Database Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to manage the databases supporting a defense financial system. The DBA will ensure data availability security and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the databases for the financial system.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries.
- Ensure database security and compliance with defense standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in database administration particularly with defense or financial systems.
- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g. Oracle SQL Server).
- Certifications such as Oracle Certified DBA are a plus.
- 9 years of relevant experience.
