Job Title : Senior Production Supervisor

Type : Onsite Fulltime
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bilingual desired (English & Spanish)
- Two years leadership experience in a team setting and/or equivalent experience.
- Two years leadership experience in a Production Manufacturing or similar setting is preferred.
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of computers and applications including Word Outlook and Excel.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains valid Company license for all equipment as necessary including but not limited to Scissor Lift Forklift and Tow cart.
- Stay current with all operating and safety protocols for each piece of greenhouse equipment or process used in your area.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS: - Job will require some desk work but will primarily be hands on work that involves standing or walking bending to the ground reaching overhead and pulling carts weighing over 200lbs on 4 wheel castors.
- Lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Employee will be exposed to the sun and/or high intensity lights.
- Employee may be exposed to temperatures that can be at or 1020 degrees above outside temperature. Employee may be exposed to temperatures that can be at or slightly above freezing for long periods of time.
- Employees may work in a wet environment where clothes and footwear can become saturated.
