The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a deep understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the organizations staffing needs. Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards social media and networking events. Screen and assess candidates through interviews tests and other selection tools. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role. Indepth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
