Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with purchasing, procurement and supply chain management procedures and strategies.
Ability to develop effective purchasing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best offers.
Knowledge of using purchasing management and resource planning systems.
Analytical skills to assess and forecast purchasing needs and manage budgets.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to purchasing and contracts.
Personal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage work teams effectively.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure smooth running of purchasing operations.
Excellent communication skills with suppliers and internal departments to ensure organization needs are met.
