At the time of posting the expected annual salary range for this position is $130000 to $195000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors including but not limited to training skill sets education licensure and certifications practice area market data internal equity and experience. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Propounding and responding to written discovery
• Appearing at court hearings
• Deposition and mediation training will be provided as you progress.

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in legal research with high marks in legal writing course
• Forwardlooking with the ability to prioritize assignments manage workload and execute tasks
• Effective planning problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as part of a team and exercise sound judgement
• Open to considering recent bar admittees
• Prior experience with class action and wage and hour litigation is a plus
