Job Description

Growing Regional Law firm in Phoenix has a need for an Attorney. Communicate with associates and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings perform legal research and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice.

Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys paralegals and staff. Must be licensed to practice in AZ.



Requirements


Experienced Attorney 28 years. Excellent writing/legal analysis. Able to defend depositions including expert depositions. Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and clients.

Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar (or willingness to become admitted) - Strong academic record, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with legal research databases and software - Previous experience in a legal setting (internship, clerkship, etc.) is a plus
