Ratios1 to 5 could be 1 to 4 if one of patients is getting chemo
EMR Cerner
Charge Nurse clinical supervisor who will not take pt assignment will fill in as break relief
Nurse Aides1 nurse aide on for 8 hrs of days
Weekend Requirement4 weekend shifts in 4 week schedule
Holidays work into perm staff rotation
Scrub Colornavy
Tele portable tele box as needed they do have monitor technurses must be able to read and interpret will have to take dysrhythmia exam
VentsNo
Hospitalist or Intensivist in house hosp 24/7
IV Team no
RT 24/7 yes
Pharmacy 24/7 yes
Shifts12 hr shifts 6:457:15
Floating to tele 1 to 4 ratio could also float between medsurg floors
Floor specific orientation1 shift on unit
Common diagnosis / Types of patients mostly oncology patients but may have some overflow medsurg
Additional Notes MUST have 23 years in specialty
MUST be team player AND travel experience
