Job Description
Position: Embedded Lead
Location: Cupertino CA (Onsite)
Job description: Please propose suitable candidates with C Programming experience along with communication & leadership skills.
Requirements
The lead Engineer should be responsible for the following (not limited to):
Entire teams deliverables and quality of work
Handle resource assignment and work scheduling
Report two weeks ahead for any team member to take Vacation/Annual leave and arrange
coverage such that business is not impacted.
New team members screening onboarding training and regular checking
Initial triage for any external or internal escalation
Monitor issue report from each team member and provide Weekly Summary Report
Feedback gathering from leaders and cross functional teams
Fill in the resource gap if someone on leave.
Qualifications
Engineering experience: 57 years
Program management: 25 years
BS Computer Engineering or relevant work experience (MS is a plus)
Low level embedded C firmware experience and its interaction with hardware
Effective communication skills
Ability to drive issues track tasks and evaluate priorities on a regular basis
Good multitasking capabilities to handle frequent context switches
