You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile projects typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multidisciplinary highly skilled team
Youll be adept at delivering complex projects breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed
You will be core to the decisions that build high performing teams where people are excited about the work they are undertaking
Main responsibilities
Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology learning iterating frequently
Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
Lead the collaborative dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
Managing a multidisciplinary team
Ensure all deliveries are built to an appropriate level of quality for releases to production
Drive governance with the clients
Ensure contractual commitments are met
Handson working experience with LTI Internal Systems
Manage the system of records and timely reporting to all stakeholders
Is willing to travel as necessary for business requirements
Skills and experience
It is essential that you have
Overall 1520 years of experience
Experience in Delivery Management for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account
Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
Excellent written and oral communication firm communication backed by data
Good knowledge of internal processes and MIS tools for delivery management
Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
