Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Reports To: General Manager
Works Closely With: Operations Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Real Estate Sales Executive specializing in land sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market particularly in land transactions and be capable of leveraging their network to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be working closely with the operations manager and reporting directly to the general manager. We are open to candidates with handson experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land Sales: Drive sales by identifying potential buyers engaging clients and closing land deals leveraging your existing networks to create leads and opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively sourcing buyers and negotiating land transactions.
- Market Research: Maintain uptodate knowledge of the local real estate market trends property values and zoning regulations ensuring a competitive edge.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations manager to ensure smooth of sales and property transfers.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to the general manager highlighting progress challenges and new opportunities.
- Think Outside the Box: Develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive growth and expand the client base in a competitive market.
- Fieldwork: Conduct site visits with potential buyers explain property features and provide necessary information to facilitate sales.
Requirements

- Local Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the local real estate market property trends and regulations specific to land.
- Sales Ability: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
- Networking: Ability to leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads and close deals.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to drive sales.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Fieldwork: Handson experience in the field including conducting property viewings and meetings with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma in any field (qualification in Real Estate or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.)
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.
