Job Description

Role Overview:

The Global HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our global business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of international HR practices crosscultural management and global compliance issues. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing HR functions across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global HR Strategy: Develop and execute global HR strategies that support the companys objectives and enhance employee engagement and performance across all regions.

  • Talent Management: Oversee global talent acquisition onboarding and development processes. Implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning on an international scale.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws regulations and company policies in all operating countries. Monitor changes in global HR regulations and update policies accordingly.

  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues globally. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing effective employee engagement and communication strategies.

  • Performance Management: Develop and implement global performance management systems. Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams on performancerelated issues.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee global compensation and benefits programs. Benchmark compensation practices and ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures across all locations.

  • HR Systems and Analytics: Manage global HR systems and utilize data analytics to drive HR decisionmaking and improve HR processes. Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor regional HR teams. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP HRCI) is a plus.

  • 7 years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years in a global HR management role.

  • Strong understanding of international HR laws practices and cultural differences.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies and managing HR functions across multiple countries.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
