Job Title: HR Metrics Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical HR Metrics Manager to lead and optimize our HR data analytics and reporting functions. You will play a pivotal role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a detailoriented individual with strong HR knowledge and data management skills to track analyze and improve key HR metrics such as employee turnover engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintain and update HR metrics dashboards to track employee performance engagement retention and other HRrelated KPIs.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with HR Finance and leadership teams to define and align metrics with company objectives.
  • Identify trends and gaps within HR data providing actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on workforce analytics to senior management.
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance with regulations.
  • Benchmark HR metrics against industry standards to maintain a competitive workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Statistics or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR analytics or metrics management.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel SQL Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present clear actionable recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience working with HR software (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors).

Compensation:

  • Salary: $90000 $110000 per year (commensurate with experience)
