Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java development strong architectural skills and a solid understanding of workflow tools like JBPM (preferred) or Camunda. The ideal candidate will balance both technical leadership and management responsibilities with a focus on 80% architecture and 20% management tasks. You should be technically proficient and have a strong background in modern software development with expertise in React.js Agile methodologies and workflow tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the architecture and design of complex Javabased applications ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
- Workflow Tools: Implement and optimize business process workflows using JBPM or Camunda.
- React.js Development: Provide expertise in frontend development using React.js collaborating with frontend teams to integrate seamlessly with backend systems.
- Agile Leadership: Manage Agile sprints including planning and retrospectives while ensuring ontime delivery with minimal supervision.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior developers promoting a culture of continuous improvement highquality code and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts QA and project managers to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Management Duties: Oversee and manage the team balancing the technical with management tasks such as performance reviews and resource planning.
- 12 years of experience in Java development with a focus on architectural design.
- Expertise in workflow tools such as JBPM (preferred) or Camunda.
- Strong experience in React.js and modern frontend development frameworks.
- Handson experience in Agile methodologies including managing sprints.
- Proven ability to design scalable maintainable and performant solutions.
- Ability to manage a balance between technical responsibilities and management duties (20% management 80% architect).
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience with other workflow or BPM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
