HR Business Partner

Essential Duties Goals and Objectives:

Labor Law and Compliance: Staying uptodate with labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices are compliant and minimize legal risks.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.

Change Management: Skilled in guiding employees and management through organizational changes including restructuring mergers or process improvements.

Employee Relations: Managing conflicts handling employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Talent Management: Identifying and developing top talent within the organization including succession planning and career development.

Performance Management: Implementing performance review processes offering feedback and assisting in goal setting to enhance employee performance and development.

ProblemSolving: Addressing complex HR challenges and finding effective solutions that align with both business and employee needs.

Influence and Negotiation: Skilled in persuading and influencing stakeholders negotiating terms and mediating conflicts.

Project Management: Effectively managing HR projects such as implementing new policies training programs or HR technology systems.


What is required:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or Organization Development or equivalent.

Demonstrable experience in Human Resources positions. Highly desirable in Automotive companies.

Advanced English skills

Knowledgeable in employment law compensation organizational planning organization development employee relations training.

Excellent project skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions manage multiple initiatives simultaneously prioritize workloads meet deadlines and drive projects to successful implementation.
