Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


As a Business Development Representative you will drive lead generation efforts by sourcing and engaging potential property management clients through outbound cold calling. Success in this role requires resilience adaptability and strong relationshipbuilding skills to handle frequent rejections and maintain a steady conversion pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Conduct daily outbound calls to engage qualify and set appointments with potential property owners.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document and track all lead interactions in the CRM to support seamless followups.
  • Lead Sourcing & Research: Identify and prioritize highvalue leads focusing on sourcing 1020% from Rescover.
  • Appointment Setting: Set approximately 20 valid appointments per month with commission incentives tied to outcomes.
  • FollowUp Strategy: Maintain a 3035% conversion rate by utilizing strategic multitouchpoint followups.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing and Business Development Managers to refine outreach strategies and share best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on outreach volume appointment setting and conversion metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Experience in outbound sales business development or similar roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Proactive and persistent mindset capable of handling rejection and refining approaches.
  • Comfortable working independently and thriving in a metricdriven environment.
  • High level of resilience adaptability and the ability to handle frequent rejection.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in the property management or real estate sector.
  • Adaptability in evolving outbound sales strategies.
  • Strong coldcalling and prospecting skills.
