Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
Familiar with Applied Epic system preferred along with Office 365
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and underwriting guidelines
Property and Casualty Licensed
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
