Tasks
- You will assist via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
- Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management covering Customer Master Data Contract Management and Pricing Master
- You will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible areas (sales credit to cash delivery etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
- C2 or nativelevel of Dutch
- English and French level B1 (preferred)
- SAP/ERP basic knowledge
- Previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) preferred
- Ability to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily (handling requests complaints etc)
