Customer Service Back-Office - Dutch or English Speaker

Tasks

• You will assist via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
• Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
• Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management covering Customer Master Data Contract Management and Pricing Master
• You will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible areas (sales credit to cash delivery etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
• C2 or nativelevel of Dutch
• English and French level B1 (preferred)
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge
• Previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) preferred
• Ability to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily (handling requests complaints etc)
