Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Retail (musthave) and Grocery (nicetohave) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing improving and supporting business processes and systems working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure our retail operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for retail and grocery operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and streamline processes.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the implementation and optimization of retail systems ensuring they meet business goals.
- Troubleshoot system issues work with vendors and coordinate system upgrades and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users of business systems.
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and support decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Musthave: Deep experience in Retail operations and systems.
- Nicetohave: Experience in Grocery industry.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and systems integration.
- Proficient in retail software ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with systems like SAP Oracle Retail or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with groceryspecific business challenges.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
