Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing attracting interviewing and hiring employees to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They are responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates including job boards social media and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct indepth interviews and assess candidate skills experience and cultural fit
- Facilitate the candidate selection process and offer negotiations
- Manage new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in endtoend recruitment including sourcing interviewing and hiring
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Proven ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
