Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily social media operations across platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter etc.).
- Develop schedule and publish content that aligns with the brand s voice and strategy.
- Engage with followers respond to comments and foster community interaction.
- Conduct research on trends hashtags and best practices to optimize content.
- Assist in creating graphics videos and other multimedia content.
- Track social media metrics and assist in performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for content planning.
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva Adobe Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask take initiative and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in social media management or content creation is a plus but not required.
