Position : Executive Assistant to CEO

Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in providing highlevel administrative support to the CEO and facilitating the smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEOs schedule including arranging meetings appointments and travel logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and review documents reports and presentations for the CEO
- Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Assist in the planning and of company events and meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails to the CEOs office
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Manage and prioritize the CEOs daily tasks and requests
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO as required
- Ensure the CEOs office operates efficiently and effectively
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for the CEO
- Take on adhoc administrative tasks as needed
- Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments
- Assist in onboarding and integrating new executive team members
