Accounts Executive

• Experience Requirements: Junior Accountant: 01 year
• Senior Accountant: Minimum 2 years

• Maintain records like vouchers receipts bills and payments
• Bank reconciliation and payment collection
• Monthly GST preparation
• Reconciliation of debtors and creditors
• Payment followups via phone and email
• Handle petty cash records
• Banking tasks (cheque issuance cash deposit NEFT RTGS)
• Knowledge of TDS deductions
• Manage sales tax income tax and daytoday accounting
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Handle monthly quarterly and annual financial closings
• Qualifications: Commerce Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a trade/manufacturing company
• Strong skills in Excel MS Office and Tally
• Excellent communication and time management skills
