Job Description : React.js Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled React.js Developer to join our team and build scalable and maintainable user interfaces for our clients. As part of our dynamic team you will be working with modern frontend technologies like Tailwind CSS and Next.js to solve realworld problems. You will collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience ensuring the UI is optimized for speed maintainability and customization.
Responsibilities:
Develop new userfacing features using React.js or Next.js.
Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into highquality code.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain consistency across
different clients UIs.
Able to convert the figma into the code.
Implement Tailwind CSS to create unique styles for each client while keeping the
codebase efficient and maintainable.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize the frontend performance.
Handle dynamic data rendering by integrating with RESTful APIs to fetch and display
team statistics in structured formats like tables and charts.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and React.js.
Handson experience with Next.js/React Js and Tailwind CSS.
Experience in building reusable components and responsive layouts.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
Familiarity with GraphQL.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience in frontend development using React.js.
Proven experience in building scalable React.js applications.

We help these companies to bulid their tech products across industries like banking gaming and consumer tech.
Strength : Shy of 150 people 70% product development and rest in administration.
Clients : Since we are a product development company we dont specifically hire for producttoproduct basis. We are already working on a new product development with our client (Customer experience management) based out of Gurgaon and will be deploying you with them.
