Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert design mockups into valid semantic HTML and CSS code.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless user experience across various devices.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging frontend code.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the frontend development process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of style guides and design systems.
• Support in the creation and implementation of A/B tests to optimize user experience.
• Collaborate on crossfunctional projects to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in responsive and mobile design principles.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and its interactions with HTML/CSS.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing websites.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
• Experience with web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation is a plus.
