Job Description Executive/Sr Executive Digital Operations

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a candidate who have strong passion for ecommerce and a keen sense of ownership to drive and deliver results. We expect the individual to own the endtoend operations for all digital channel partners (Amazon Flipkart Myntra etc) including partner relationship sales operations and all the related areas. The individual should have proven analytical capabilities attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. To manage account setup and onboarding process for any new launches on all Marketplaces and quick commerce sites.
2. To own the endtoend Catalogue and listing process for all Marketplaces and quick commerce sites to ensure hygiene across the products and categories.
3. To upload and manage PDP content with A details RPDs Images and Videos to boost the quality of page to ensure better conversion.
4. To collect collate and maintain data from Marketplaces ensuring the MIS is in place for driving Business decisions.
5. B2C Marketplace Business: To ensure all inventory is synced from multiple warehouses to the Marketplaces and is live. To ensure the products are correctly linked to the channels via OMS systems. 6. B2C Marketplace Business: To ensure pricing is updated as per Promo decisions of the team and hygiene is maintained.
7. To be aware of endtoend knowledge on B2C order and Return processes to ensure efficiency and ranking of all seller accounts.
8. B2B Business: To ensure all POs are processed invoiced and delivered on time to respective Partner Warehouses by coordinating with key stakeholders.
9. B2B Business: To ensure invoice submission on all portals and respective collection against those to maintain a healthy AR Balance.
10. To coordinate with Product Planning Warehouse Logistics and Marketing team to ensure all operations are smoothly run.

Desired Qualification:
1. Skills & Experience 24 years of experience in ecommerce operations.
2. Bachelors degree required and MBA preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
5. Adept at handling Seller Panels Vendor Centrals and Partner portals of all Marketplaces.
6. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other BI tools. Knowledge on OMS like Unicommerce and Vinculum is preferred.
