Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department by assisting with the implementation of services policies and programs and managing daily HR functions. They are essential in ensuring the companys HR processes run smoothly and effectively contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Administering HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations counseling and exit interviews
- Managing HRIS and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Overseeing compliance with labor regulations and legal requirements
- Conducting performance management and improvement systems
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Managing employee engagement and recognition programs
- Assisting with compensation and benefits administration
- Facilitating training and development programs
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals objectives and systems
- Preparing reports and recommending strategies to improve HR functions
- Participating in administrative staff meetings and attending other meetings and seminars
- Supporting other HR functions as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment payroll and performance management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional certification in HR is a plus
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Uptodate with industry trends and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
