We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in hotel booking (both domestic and international) flight ticketing (domestic and international) and visa processing. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a strong ability to manage and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hotel Booking:
- Manage and coordinate hotel reservations for both domestic and
- international destinations.
- Ensure the best rates and accommodations are secured catering to the
- specific needs and preferences of clients or employees.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotel vendors to negotiate favorable rates
- and benefits.
2. Flight Ticketing:
- Arrange and manage flight bookings ensuring the selection of convenient
- and costeffective routes.
- Handle both domestic and international ticketing including cancellations
- rebookings and special travel requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed travel itineraries to travelers.
3. Visa Processing:
- Manage visa application processes for various countries ensuring all required
- documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements for different destinations.
- Assist travelers with visarelated inquiries and provide support throughout
- the application process.
4. Travel Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee all travelrelated activities including ground
- transportation special travel requests and additional services.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination with travelers to meet
- their travel needs and preferences.
5. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing travelrelated inquiries
- and resolving any travel issues promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients employees and vendors.
6. Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements expenses and itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures and provide
- regular reports on travel activities and expenses.
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations with
- ease.
