Overview:
The role of an Administrative Assistant & Manager Fresher is crucial to the organization as it involves providing vital support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication and ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently thus contributing to the overall productivity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daytoday administrative operations of the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and visitors
- Support the managers and team with scheduling meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment and coordinating maintenance as needed
- Conduct research compile data and prepare reports as required
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events and meetings
- Manage and update databases and filing systems
- Assist in preparing and proofreading documents and presentations
- Support with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of office management and administrative procedures
