Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of MSP program projects
- Develop and manage the programs budget ensuring financial targets are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives structure and governance
- Monitor and report on program performance identifying and addressing areas of improvement
- Manage and mitigate program risks and issues
- Oversee the delivery of projects ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as the main point of contact
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Drive the continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations to keep them informed and engaged
- Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for program expansion and growth
- Participate in the development of proposals statements of work and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
- Proven experience managing large complex MSP programs
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and client management
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Excellent understanding of program management methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in risk management and problemsolving
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation abilities
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of MSPrelated tools and platforms
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes within MSP programs
- Ability to travel as required to client locations
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking capabilities
