Job Description

Overview

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the companys growth and profitability. This position requires strategic thinking strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and objectives
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to support business development initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats in the market
  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies and proposals for new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to promote its services and expand its network
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing trends providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team
  • Stay updated with industry trends market activities and competitors activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team ensuring their continuous development and motivation
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective implementation of business development initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and of longterm strategic goals to drive the companys growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Proven experience in business development sales or relevant field
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a track record of successful sales initiatives
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in Client Handling
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Relevant professional certifications or training programs are a plus
