Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fully remote/work from home in Slovakia or hybrid in Bratislava
Employment Type: Fulltime permanent contract
What Youll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from customers assisting with inquiries and resolving issues with orders or devices.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and Excel to help clients troubleshoot their machines.
- Arrange technician visits or send spare parts when necessary.
- Discuss new and existing products with clients offering crossselling and upselling opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador by educating customers and showcasing a full understanding of products and brand values.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Italian (C1) and proficient in English.
- Eligible to work in Slovakia and currently residing there.
- Strong customer service skills across various channels (call email social media).
- Good computer skills especially with MS Office.
- Solutionoriented wellorganized and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
What We Offer:
- Working Hours: Fulltime (40 hours/week) on a rotating schedule MondaySunday between 8 am and 8 pm with two weekends off per month.
- Work Model: Hybrid option within 50 km of the office or fully remote if further away.
- Training: 3 weeks of fully office based training from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Meal Vouchers: 5.85/day (approx. 117/month).
- Commuting Allowance: 50/month ( 600 per annum).
- Multisport Card: Stay active with a multisport card.
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to 10% of your monthly salary based on KPI achievements.
- Extra Paid Days: 5 personal days per year for emergencies or shortterm absences.
