• Shift patterns are typically 10am4pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working

What Will You Do

You'll be the mastermind behind a vibrant daily activity program that engages the mind body and soul. From music sessions arts & crafts and nailcare to gardening quizzes and movie nights you’ll create experiences that our residents will love. Plus you’ll lead exciting outings making every moment count.

What We’re Looking For

We need a creative organised and enthusiastic soul who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fun. Compassion patience and positivity are essential as is a flexible approach to working hours. Experience in a care home or working with the elderly is a plus but not essential!

Our dedicated Care Home Manager Tracey has worked here for more than 10 years and is truly emotionally invested in making our home a lovely place to both live and work.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’
