Catering Team Lead

• Location: Chislehurst, Kent
• Pay: 16.77 per hour
• Shifts: 4 on, 4 off
• Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM)

What Does the Role Entail?

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals that bring comfort and joy.
• Supporting the Catering Manager in the daily running of the kitchen.
• Designing weekly menus that cater to a range of dietary requirements, including specialised needs like liquid diets.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Overseeing and motivating the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times.
