About the Sales & Events Coordinator role:
- To work throughout the year to support both the sales and events managers during their busy periods including supporting on wedding fairs open days and operational tasks.
- To coordinate & operationally lead on site events
- To set up room and managing room turn arounds
- To be present at events greeting clients.
- To manage catering logistics including event file handling event briefing sheet and service plans
- To ensure all sales enquiries and client feedback are managed professionally and in a timely manner
- To conduct events viewings sending quotes and follow up information promptly
- To continuously work towards improving sales and service
- Bring new ideas to the team
- Covering annual leave for team members
About the ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable due to the face paced nature of the business
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Flexibility to work on events as and when required.
- Team work is essential
