Home Manager. Fleetwood Hall Care Home
- Up to £60000 per annum DOE
- 40 hours a week
- Permanent position following successful probation period
- Residential home management backgrounds considered (NMC registration not required)
This outstanding opportunity offers an experienced and dynamic residential Home Manager a chance to broaden their expertise by transitioning into a residential care setting to oversee a modern purposebuilt residential home in Fleetwood.

As a Home Manager at Fleetwood Hall your role will involve:
- Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of care are provided to residents at all times
- Offer supervision and support to a Senior Carer sand Care Assistant colleagues
- Ensuring at all times a safe caring stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors
- Full operational leadership
- Recruitment retention and training
- Achieving high compliance and governance outcomes

Role requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Home Manager in either a nursing home or residential setting for older adults/dementia care
- Ability to work to financial KPIs
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and all other relevant care home legislation
- NVQ/QCF level 5 or higher
The successful candidate will assume full accountability for the operational performance of the Home and be expected to develop and maintain excellent working partnerships with the local authority outside agencies and within the local community with a view to consistently achieving excellent occupancy levels as a result.
Applicants must be experienced Home Managers with a relevant management qualification and significant proven experience of successfully running care homes.
Furthermore applicants should ideally have previous experience of managing within dementia care settings whilst at the same time being commercially aware proactive individuals with excellent administration skills. A proven ability to recruit lead and effectively manage competent and motivated staff teams is also an essential requirement of this role.
A highly competitive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate to include an annual salary of up to £60k p.a.
