Job Title: Salesforce Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Lead you will be responsible for leading the design development and of Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy and guiding the team toward successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to solution design development and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions including custom objects workflows automation and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce configuration development and integration.
- Oversee data migration integration with thirdparty systems and the maintenance of existing Salesforce environments.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for system improvement innovation and optimization within the Salesforce platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of handson experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or other Salesforce products.
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and teams from design to delivery.
- Expertise in Salesforce development (Apex Visualforce Lightning Components SOQL etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data models and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce administration customization and security.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD and version control tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with thirdparty integrations and API management.
