Job Description
- System Design & Development: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to architect develop and deploy AIpowered solutions ensuring optimization across edge and cloud environments.
- Machine Learning Model Integration: Lead the integration and deployment of machine learning models in production systems. Work with a variety of model types (e.g. object detection classification segmentation) and ensure scalability and performance in realtime applications.
- Computer Vision & Image Processing: Develop computer vision solutions for various use cases working with multimodal data (e.g. RGB depth thermal) to create accurate and efficient systems for tasks such as anomaly detection plant health analysis and more.
- System Optimization & Cost Efficiency: Innovate and implement strategies for improving system performance and reducing costs including model optimization techniques and hardware selection.
- Pipeline Automation: Automate the development deployment and monitoring of AI pipelines using modern tools and cloud services. Ensure seamless integration of new models and updates through automated workflows.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with data scientists software engineers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical direction of AI projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in computer vision and/or deep learning for object detection and tracking along with semantic or instance segmentation either in academic or industrial domain.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying computer vision models for various tasks including object detection image classification and more. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Working with the data science team to research develop evaluate and optimize various computer vision and deep learning models for different problems.
- Explore and analyze unstructured data like images through image processing.
- Take ownership to drive computer vision solutions and meet customer requirements.
- Deploying developed computer vision models on edge devices after optimization to meet customer requirements and maintain them to later improve to address additional customer requirements in future.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc.) and optimizing for edge devices to meet realtime performance requirements.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries relevant to AI and data processing such as NumPy scikitimage PIL OpenCV matplotlib seaborn and others.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges and innovate solutions that optimize system performance and reduce costs.
