The Digital Ads Specialist will provide essential support in executing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google LinkedIn and Meta. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager the specialist will assist with the daytoday management of campaigns help prepare reports and contribute to the ongoing optimization of digital advertising efforts. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in digital marketing working handson with data analysis and campaign in a learning and support capacity.
Job Description:
- Assist in the of Paid Search Campaigns: Help manage and optimize paid search initiatives on platforms like Google Ads providing daytoday support to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Assist with Lead Generation Tasks Using Tracking Tools: Support lead generation efforts by assisting in the setup and monitoring of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager ensuring accurate data collection and performance tracking
- Support in Creating Ad Copy and Video Concepts: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to draft basic ad copy and contribute to brainstorming video content ideas. Coordinate with designers for production under guidance.
- Help Analyze Campaign Data: Assist in compiling reports and reviewing campaign data from tools like Google Analytics helping to identify trends and areas for improvement under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Monitor Campaign Budgets and Performance: Assist in tracking ad spend across multiple platforms ensuring campaigns stay within budget while learning how to improve ROI through practical experience.
- Collaborate with Content Production Teams: Coordinate with content production teams to ensure ad content aligns with campaign goals working as a key team player to meet objectives.
- Contribute to Market and Competitor Research: Help gather and organize insights from market and competitor analysis presenting findings to support strategy adjustments.
- Stay Informed on Digital Marketing Trends: Actively learn about the latest trends in digital advertising particularly in video marketing and share insights with the team to help maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
- 35 years in a similar role for a startup BPO or advertising agency
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing and Digital Ads
- Analytics and Tracking Proficiency
- Google Marketing Platform: Google Analytics Google Ads Google Keyword Planner Google Tag Manager
- Meta and LinkedIn Advertising
- SEO and SEM Tools: SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Pro
- Budget management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
- Willing to work in Eastwood every quarter
