Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning Analysis and Modeling Valuations & Capital Raising Financial Commercial & Operational Due Diligence Competitive Strategy BuySide & SellSide Advisory Mergers & Acquisitions Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership Operations Performance Improvement Turnaround & Restructuring Growth Strategy PostMerger Integration.
Role Overview:
Our growing boutique consulting firm Synergy Management Group is seeking a Managing Director to assist with engagement supervision and management.
Candidates should have 10 years of seniorlevel experience at toptier firms (e.g. McKinsey BCG Bain KPMG PwC Deloitte Blackstone KKR Carlyle Sequoia Kleiner Perkins Accel Goldman Sachs JP Morgan Morgan Stanley).
The Managing Director will be expected to assist with closing new client prospects managing/supervising resulting engagements and executing projects as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting Client engagement /implementation management supervision and client relationship management.
- Business Development support as appropriate
Compensation:
- Compensation for project management and of closed engagements will range from $125 to $400 per hour.
Relevant Experience:
- Management consulting engagement /implementation supervision business development and relationship management at toptier or boutique firms
- Seniorlevel investment banking experience at bulge bracket firms
- Seniorlevel private equity and venture capital experience at toptier funds
- Successful entrepreneurs who have built and exited 1 ventures
- Operating partners at PE funds
- Operating and management executives across industry verticals
- Strategy consultants from toptier consulting firms
- Extensive experience in building and managing successful management consulting teams
- Knowledge of and relationships within the institutional investor (PE/VC) ecosystem
