Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a high volume of qualified candidates
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify top candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews and forward suitable candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking referrals and other recruitment channels
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for highvolume positions from posting job ads to negotiating job offers
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing timely updates and feedback
- Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures during the recruitment process
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and make datadriven decisions
- Willingness to take the initiative and drive recruitment processes forward.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment practices and current recruitment trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
