What you will do:
60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails & webchats
Confident of communicating with clients from international clients (neutral accent.
Negotiation Skills Planning and Time management skills are a must.
Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers
Requirements
New Business Development.
Growing existing relationship.
Optimization of the accounts/campaigns.
Maintain client relations and monitoring the accounts on daily basis and recommended improvements/suggestion.
Identify potential clients negotiating and onboard them to start the partnership.
Manage daytoday operational work.
Manage pipeline to meet revenue targets.
